ok, So I discovered this problem a while back and I didn't know what to do and then I thought, HEY! thirdgen will know! so I bought my '85 T/A T-Top a little under a year ago from a kid an hour from where i live. it didn't come with engine which is what I wanted because I'm building my own engine up. but the problem is that it looks like the vehicle was run for a short time with either a cracked header or no header/manifold at all...and the wiring harness for the headlights and front end lights are melted bare wire showing. does anyone have a spare third gen around that they could sell me the harness and tell me how to install it? I'm not terribly great at wiring but i'm not the worlds worst either.

 

Where are you located?
Their may be a junkyard in your area with a thirdgen you could pull one from.
If you post your general area someone in the same area may also be able to point out a junkyard or even more specifically "the car" you could pull it from.

 

I've looked at junkyards in the immediate area and haven't found anything yet. I'm in huron south dakota. zip code 57350
