Remove the negative battery cable from the battery first to avoid unwanted lightning under the car.
Then replace the positive cable.
Then replace the positive cable.

Yes, it is bolted to the starter. It is attached in a couple other places with those plastic clip things along the lower rad support and maybe some other places.

I'm kinda curious why just the pos?
But like said take the neg off the bat, then the pos, then unbolt the pos from the starter. Put on in reverse order.
Unless your neg is new already I would do both. They get old and cause alot of resisitance. Really need both in good condition, wouldn't hurt to check the alt cables either.

oh..cuz my power steering pully decided to cut it..the negative one is still good 
theres no cover over the bolt i have to un-do?
