STS help, please

I had installed a sequential turn signal "kit" that I bought from a member here last year. They worked fine until just before the car went away for the winter. Now when I turn on the left turn signal, it doesnt flash, as if a bulb were bad. I checked the bulbs, and the tightness of the sockets in their holders, and still nothing different. The rear will only light up the inner most bulb then it stops, even on the brakes. The right side is unaffected. I saw that the socket for the bulb in the middle was corroded and replaced it, still nothing. I thought I would see what you guys think since I went through all the possibilities I thought of.
Thanks

Re: STS help, please

Update: I have replaced the turn signal switch and it resulted in nothing different. (other than a broken in 10 pieces hazard switch)
Does anyone have any suggestions? A short possibly? Bad STS module? I am at a loss as to new ideas on this.
Thanks
P.S. I forgot to add that when the headlights or markers are on all lights function normally. Only things are symptoms described above, as well as the hazards do the same thing. Right side is fine left side, only inner most bulb lights and stays lit, does not flash. No fuses are bad and I have replaced the flasher and all of the bulbs.

Re: STS help, please

Any help? This thread is lonely...lol
I also had to replace the cancel cam because it too broke upon re-install. So I guess the search for a short starts now, unless someone else chimes in.
Thanks

Sounds like the left module went.

Is the module encapsulated or open?

Because it’s enclosed or encapsulated you want to see if a module is available from Lou.

Otherwise you can make one from 4 transistors.

Re: STS help, please

I have Pm'd Lou about this, it may be the module and he may have a spare. I will be testing the module with my light tomorrow. I hope to find a solution to this problem one way or another.
thanks again

Yeah, rust in the contacts of the module, Lou cleaned it up for me and now it functions perfectly
