my key reads 2.36. even when i put key in on position. i thought someone on here years ago said the lowest chip value g.m. made was like 3. that being said i still have a no start.

yes, there are tolerances that GM has in place, can't remember specifics, but it isn't as tight as .01 ohms of difference.
