No high beams

No high beams
High beams don't work have the steering wheel dropped and see that the bar is loose how do I get to it to adjust it

You don't adjust the bar (rod), you adjust the switch at the base of the column. Don't need to have the column dropped. I'd start by putting column back up, then just adjusting the switch at the base of the column.
If you have tilt wheel, set the tilt where you drive - you can never get the high beams adjusted where it works at all ranges of the tilt wheel, so set tilt wheel at driving position first, then adjust switch.

Works like a champ except I have a bulb out figures. I couldn't see the screw until I saw a top view. I had to adjust it all the way up 20 years of this car being drivin will do thanks for your help greatly appreciated
