Re: am I missing some fuses?

Yes, it stands for Injectors - since you are carbed, you don't have any.

Here's a wiring diag with YOUR fuse block in it:

Re: am I missing some fuses?

If you lopok at that wiring diag (the first link above), you'll see the fuse block pic.

Look at the spots that have a square with a line though, that don't state any fuse amperage. There's 3 on the lower left, two of them have IGN beside them, one has LPS. Then, lower right, there are two that have BAT, and one with RADIO.

Those are single plug holes - can't put a fuse in them since a fuse has 12 prongs. They are extra power sources you can used, graciously supplied by GM. You can use a standard 1/4inch male spade connector, and plug right into them. They all have 12v+ on them, as explained below:

IGN - stands for IGNITION ... 12v+ ONLY when the key is ON
LPS - stands for LAMPS ... 12v+ ONLY when lights are on
BAT - stands for BATTERY ... 12v+ anytime, regardless of the key
RADIO - stands for RADIO (obviously) ... 12v+ ONLY when radio is on (ie this gets 12v+ when the key is turned to accessory as well as when turned to run)

You can use those for all kinds of goodies.

I use a BAT one for my 4th gen power seat - that way I can change the seat position BEFORE I get in the car and put the key in.

I use one of the BAT for my added interior floorboard LED lights - that way they get power always and thus, I have them rigged to come on when the door is opened (so I can see the floor BEFORE I step on my sunglasses and crush them).

I use a IGN slot for a 12v+ source for some of my switches, like my manual fan on switch, and my manual torque converter lockup switch - that way the switches only get power when the key is ON, and thus those switches can't "do" anything unless the key is ON.

You could use the RADIO slot to power a graphic equalizer, a seperate CD changer, etc.

Get it? Neat huh? Now, go buy a roll of wire, some crimpers and connectors, and some gadgets, and have a blast! Let me know if you need help wiring in gadgets, especially if relays are needed - I love playing with relays!
