Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: Built 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.27
All I did was which the TPS Sensor... and now this >=(
And then the car idles at 3,000-3,500 rpm??? What the hell... All I was trying to do was figure out why it has a high idle at start up? Maybe around 2,000rpm then goes down. So I figured that it might be... The TPS Sensor. So right when I replace it.
The car sets a Check Engine and revs to 3,500 rpm and will not go down...???
Please help. This is a 1989 Camaro 305 TPI VIN F (HO) 700R4.

The TPS is adjustable, you have to use a digital voltage meter and physically turn the sensor to the correct position.
