Not good with electrical, question on wire spark

Hooking up my CB to my radio and the power for the radio coming from the power source knocked up against my plastic shifter **** and sparked. The interior lights and the radio now wont work. Everything else does. DOes this mean i blew a fuse? Should i reset the battery? And if it was a fuse, which fuse is it? Thanks

I think the interior lights are on the courtesy fuse. There is no need to reset anything. The interior lights have nothing to do with the ECM. Even if your car had a BCM controlling the lights, it would function normally once the fuse is replaced.

Oh okay thanks for the info! Not to sound completely idiotic but..where is this fuse located? Haha. what number and what does it say next to it? Im sorry but fuses and wires just confuse the crap out of me unless it has to do with Subwoofers and speakers

The under dash fuse panel is located under the dash between the steering column and the driver's door. There should be a removable cover over it. The fuse would say CTSY or may just say INT. Use a 12v test light and test all of the fuses. The fuse that has power at one side and none at the other is the blown one.
