Blower motor

My blower motor is not working on "high". works fine on all the other settings. I've tried replacing the switch but it didn't fix it. I have a 89 Trans am GTA. Any ideas?

Re: Blower motor

Blower motor high speed relay. It should be a small box near the blower itself. You can follow the thick purple wire from the blower to the relay.

Re: Blower motor

I just replaced mine, pretty easy fix. The only tough nut is on the bottom of the motor. Oh you might want to check the hose connected to it, Sometimes it gets a lot of dust and particles in it and plugs it up. But it sounds like it is going out. good luck!
