replacing wiring harness, need help!

Hey guys, so I pulled out my very tired and worn out 350TPI engine from my '91Z and the wiring harness was mickey moused, black taped, and hacked into all over the place... not to mention many connectors fell apart as I tried to unplug them. For one example they tapped into and used the hot wire on the coil to power both radiator fans and daytime running lights, real nightmare.

So I purchased a pull-out wiring harness from Hawks and some things are not plugging in or I'm out in left field. I am thinking either too many things have been changed and swapped out on my 91Z or somehow I've got the wrong wiring harness. Now let me say I've found a home for almost every connector, but I need your guys help to finish this off so I can bring this new 383TPI to life!

First off is the loom of wires that head down to the starter, the ringed terminals on the red wires go to the starter, the black wire to the relay, there is a blue wire that goes to a sensor on the bottom of the block (had to extend this wire because I relocated the sensor the the drivers side due to Hooker LT headers). Now I've got a grey wire that is cut off, where does this wire belong? I am assuming it belongs to a single wire sensor on the passenger side head which is a 'cooling fan switch', is this correct?

I'm going to take a few pics, then return and attach them to this thread... so give me a bit of time, camera battery is charging!

Secondly I have a couple plugs that do not seem to have a home, or more likely, I can't remember where they are supposed to go... One is coming out of the main wiring harness right behind the passenger side head, and another right behind the drivers side head. Where do they belong?

Re: replacing wiring harness, need help!

and hopefully lastly, I have a sensor on the back and bottom side of the plenum that needs to be plugged in however I can't find the wires and plugin that it supposed to go to it.. where does it come out of the wiring harness or where should it be found?

Sorry for all the q's guys, I'm not a mechanic but I can stumble along and figure most things out, sometimes with a little bit of help!

Here is a pic;

EDIT: I just realized I won't be able to attach images for a couple days... so give me some patience guys
