Right blinker indicator on, cluster acting funny when I.....
So I just bought a rust free 89 camaro. It has been converted to a carb 355 (carb or something needs adjusted but thats another thread)
The only electronic issue is the right blinker indicator stays on when I turn on the lights. It goes off if I turn the dash dimmer to OFF. Also, when I turn the lights on (and indicator stays on), the voltage and other gauges stop working. (speedo still works). When I turn the dimmer to off, the gauges start working.
So this makes me think that my problem is not at any of the actual lights (all bulbs are working), seeing how if the lights are on and I just adjust the dimmer to off all my gauges start working and the indicator goes off?
Anyone clue me in, I have read about this problem but not read any like mine with the dimmer stopping the problem.
Also, at one point one of the window switches made all the gauges flicker (only once, but made me wonder why).
Thanks for the help!
