I've looked over most of the other threads regarding instrument cluster issues, but so far no luck.

Nothing in the cluster works, no gauges, speedo, or tach. It's a 92 Z28 5.7 TPI, and seems to run okay after putting the engine back in after a quick rering job.

I've tested the connectors behind the cluster, and the 2 black/white that are supposed to be grounds actually have 3 volts or so coming from them and not grounded. So, I pulled those plugs out, rewired them to a ground, and still nothing. I do read voltage on the other connectors that I would expect, so I'm thinking maybe the cluster is bad. Anyone have instructions on how to test the cluster?
