VATS PROBLEM - Bypass module does not work. Did I hook it up correctly?

I just bought this non-running car: 90 Camaro IROC-Z 5.7L. From what the ex-owner told me, I was led to believe the vats was responsible for the car not running. The car would not crank. Soo...I bought a bypass module from 3rdbrakeflasher.com and wired it into the dark blue wire coming out of the vats module. I also bypassed the starter enable relay by jumping the tan wire to the yellow wire. The car cranks, but with no start, with the standard signal OR the 50 hz signal.

Basically what I'm asking is this:
Where exactly is Pin B6 on the ECM? (Fuel Enable Signal) How can I identify it? I know it has to be a dark blue wire, but there are various dark blue wires.

Appears to be pin F10 on the 90 - 92 '730 ECM
See ( half way down page )

B6 is VATS input pin on 86 - 89 ' 165 ECM

Even with VATS functional , there are other inputs need for ECM to pulse the injectors.
Reference signal from the dist needs to be seen by ECM for starters.
Also check injector fuses
check for shorts on injector harness.
have you got correct fuel pressure?
how good are injectors?

Have you checked to see if the fuel pump even works? You can pull up the rear carpet, jumper the wires & see if it even works that way. The seller could have been wrong about why it wouldn't start. Never know...Just a thought.

thanks for the help huys. It turns out vetteoz was right about it being pin F10 instead of pin B6. I hooked up the module to there and she started right up!!
