having a few problems

hoping someone can help me out a bit just bought a 1989 camaro rs v6 and im having a few issues with the lights. when i pull the **** out to the first setting for low beams nothing come on then if i pull it out for the hi's both lights on the left side come on, but nothing happens on the right side? any suggestions.
Also my hazard lights wont come on but the signals still work, was thinking maybe it was a relay or something? can anyone point me in the right directions, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first "pull" is NOT for low beams, it's for just the park lights. The second "pull" is NOT for high beams, it's for headlights and park lights.

Your high beams are on because, you need to switch them off - which is accomplished by pulling the turn signal lever towards you, it will click, and thus back to low beams.

The right side lights (that don't come on), are burnt out - replace those lights.

The hazards - try a new hazard flasher (there is a hazard flasher and a turn signal flasher, sounds like your hazard flasher is blown).
