What year?
Could be VATS related
https://www.thirdgen.org/vats_passkey_system

Once you have ruled VATS out
Assuming battery fully charged
Put car in P , park brake on.Connect a wire to Batt POS+ and take it down to the starter
Touch on the starter solenoid terminal.

If starter works and cranks engine over, you have problems with the wiring from key to starter.
Could be ign switch , safety switch on shifter , starter enable relay or the wiring in between

If starter doesn't work then you have problems with starter or the cable from battery ( and connections each end ) or a bad ground cable from engine.

The electrical for this car is a mess, wires underneith the steering wheel are hanging everywhere. I will go down the list of what you have said, I'll also upload pictures but that won't be untill Thursday because I have school and work today, thanks for the help.

If that is the case and the VATS module can't read the resistor on the key correctly then will give condition you state.
VATS shuts down the starter and fuel.
Sounds like you have some work in front of you.

It's a big project. I just changed the fuel filter yesterday because that was the orginal problem, I go to start it, and no noise from the starter, it's a piece of work. So the VATS stops the car from being stolen, so the Vats think the car is being stole, so shut down the fuel and starter?n the fuel pump kicks on when I put the key in.

Trickier.
VATS stop the computer from making the injectors work
The fuel pump will still run but there is no fuel to engine.

Ah, I understand better now. So It stops the injectors, the fuel, and the starter?
