Let's play name that plug!
Found these 2 a while ago when I went through the car cleaning up the interior- re-discovered the mystery plugs the other day when I swapped in the T5 shifter plate. Photo's are below of 2 plugs. They are mixed in with the wiring for the power window switches. My hatch release button (which may not be the OEM) doesn't match either plug. WTH do they go to?
The one on the left actually has 3 wires- you can barely see the black behind the grey. It also appears the orange wire goes between them both.
THANKS in advance!!!

Bump!
The one on the left is for the hatch relay. Still searching for the use for the one on the right.

Wiper switch? I think all wiring for options were installed, but if the car ended up not getting the option, the wire got tucked away instead.
Just a guess.

Isn't the rear wiper switch located on the left side of the steering wheel below the fog light switch though?
That's what I always thought too, but over the weekend I looked through an 86 base model at the boneyard that didn't even have a hatch release and saw no wiring. Got me.
