Engine cuts out when heater and amp are on at same time?
If I am running either my heater or my amp seperate, everything is fine, however if I run both my heater while my amp is on, the engine seems to "cut out" very shortly. Any ideas? I assume its electrical

are you using a capacitor inline with the amp? I bet if you have power windows it would do aswell turn on the amp and operated the window switch. depending on what style accessory brackets you are using 88-92 tbi van and truck high amp alternator will work on 88-92 tbi and tpi car brackets.

No I dont have a capacitor, I figured it was probably the alt. it seems that it will only do it with the heat or the amp, everything else works fine together. I guess on the cold days the music will take the back seat. Haha

you can get a 1 farad capacitor for cheap and itll be plenty. i had problems with my lights dimming when the bass hit hard untill i put in a cap. still runing a stock alt with it and everything is fine.
