I removed all my a/c and just disconnected all the wires and the fan doesn't stay on. The wires are all just fastened up so they don't hang down. How are your a/c controls set?

Your a/c circuit signal is normally closed when off. You probably clipped or disconnected a ground wire and doing that makes the a/c think the compressor is running so it turns on the fan.

Find the connector that was attached to the switch on the A/C line running down the passenger's side frame rail. Cut it off, splice the 2 wires together, cover with either heat shrink tubing or electrical tape, and put back into the harness. No more fan running all the time.
