My firebird is winking again
When I bought my 86 Firebird, the passenger headlight motor was dead (according to the seller) and in order to get the headlight up/down it needed to be handcranked. BUT, when I took it back to my house, I took the motor out and cleaned it a little and reconnected it and it worked perfectly. The headlight now went up and down with the push of the switch....For about a month. Then I looked outside one day to see that goddamn headlight sticking up again. I recently blew a fuse that turns on the hazards and domelight, stereo etc when taking the console off and replacing some lights. I replaced the fuse and everything works as it should again. Do you think that blowing that fuse has triggered the motor to stop again? is there separate fuses for each headlight?

the motors have seperate fuses, up by the steering coloum close to the radio pod area in the 92 in a seperate fuse block, i assume you have the same. Haven't had to mess with them in my 86 fortunately.

So they're not on the same fuse block as everything else?
