I have an 84 MC. I know this is a Camero site, but I have picked up a lot of information from you guys like fixing the carburetor. I'm looking to replace or fix my lamp module. All the components on the board check out minus the transistor. I can't cross reference the transistor to find a replacement or the values to check it. I read on here that somebody used to work for AC Delco, who is familiar with the ECM CCC system. I don't know if you can tell me what transistor I can use to replace it, because the number that's written on it I can't cross reference it anywhere. The lamp driver module board that I have is 12020004. The transistor has a 7594. Under it says GEM with a 3. I know I can buy these things for $40, but I really want to fix this one. The transistor will probably only cost a $1. Thanks for the help.
