Wiring for a 454 BBC in my 92

plain and simple like it says, im planning on shoving a 454 in my 92. are any companies out there that will mod your existing harness to match the motor so i can still run my 700R4 and keep O/D and keep all my gauges. or any company that makes these setups already i can buy brand new???

or is it a simple thing? i wanna keep the bay as clean as possible since last summer i laid new paint down and she hasnt seen the road on her own power in almost 2 years "Long Story "

Carb or EFI
Carb requires minimum wiring

Gauges , starter and coil ; you can do yourself

I did the swap in my 91 and all of my factory gauges are working good. just lable the harness connectors before you remove them. and transfer the sensor like oil pressure and coolant temps, and fan switch sensor. i didnt use the secondary air and a/c connectors. as for the trans get a tps kit for the carb and also install the map sensor and your trans will shift properly. but may not last long with the added power

Re: Wiring for a 454 BBC in my 92

should be,plug and play. was going to do the 572 with Ramjet. and at the time GM tech line was working with me on it. it just took way to long on getting the ramjet efi/tpi intake.
and so i did a 427.

but all the rest was plug and play.

as for the 700r4 do the upgrade to the 5 pinon planets, at min.
