You can but I wouldnt recommend it. If you did that, the compressor would run all the time and without knowing what the pressures are in the system, you could iceberg the system or have a catastrophic failure. That what the low pressure cycling switch and high pressure switch is for. To keep the system running properly. Also, if you dont run the cooling fan when the system is operating, the pressure will get so high that it will vent freon out the relief valve or worse, blow something up.
