Started to install a new dash in need help!

My old dash was all cut up and missing AC components, so I decided to swap in a nice one from my parts car. I've hit a point where I have unpluged wires without a home My car is a 1990 that had the 305 yanked out and a 350tpi installed from an 87 GTA... Its been fun diagnosing all of that and leave me with questions... About the dash, wiring, and potential issues.

-My dash is from a v6 car that MAY have had VATS, will this be a problem now that I've installed that dash? My steering column doesn't have a VATS key (and use to start and drive without it ) but the parts car did have the VATS key? It had a resistor on it. Will this cause a starting problem? It does not crank atm...

- My fault for being dumb, a live wire sparked against the casing for the ECM . If it's blown will my car crank? Will the dash lights illuminate ( service engine, ect.) when the ignition is on? Would the pump prime??? It does not do any of these things right now...

Now for the connectors!

Connector #1: This connector has a purple with a pink/black wires.

Connector #2: I got two shots of this one in hopes that it will help. It has purple/white and white/black wires.

Connector #3: Not really one connector but the wires origionally when onto the white switch that broke? I'm assuming that its for the brake lights? But I found a black switch that looked like the white one, I think its a neutral safety switch, but I never had one before (working at least ). Should both of these be in the car? If so do you know what color wires go to it? My donor was an automatic so I dont think the wires are there for it...

Connector #4: I assume this is for the airbags? I dont have them if it is, so I'm not worried about it.

And this fuse box thingy. Is this all that should be in it besides the door buzzer? I removed that because I hate it lol.

Thanks for all the help!

Ok, first off, the fourth connector (yellow) is, in fact, to your airbags. I've seen the purple/white one before, but I don't remember where. Time to get out your wiring diagrams and start looking, I'm afraid...

I got the car to crank but none of the dash check lights turn on when the key is turned and the fuel pump is not priming.... Does anyone know where the clear connector goes?!?!?!

Re: Started to install a new dash in need help!

I got the car to run! It ended out being an inline fuse by the battery. The VATS was bypassed but when I removed the fuse to the VATS it still started lol. The reason for that was the ECM didn't needs VATS to run (its from an '87 car) and I bypassed the Starter Relay in the kick panel, so it ran. Hopefully that helps someone if their car is all goofy.

About the clear connector, I have no idea where that goes. Everything on my car works so I don't mind that its unplugged.

The purple/white and white/black wire connector was for the VATS system.

The black switch does the job of the white switch, but it doesn't fit correctly. I wedged it and called it a day.
