passengerside pop-up light plugs are melting

as the title say the plugs are melting, what would cause that? also would that be any factor in my car not holding a charge at all? (its not the battery and it drains without ever starting it)

Helter Melter

You didn’t say the headlight door wasn’t operating properly so we will assume it is.

Connect an ammeter in line with the connector to see if it draws current after the door stops moving.
