Left turn signal does not blink

Car: 1999 Trans Am Ram Air
Engine: LS1
Transmission: 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Left turn signal does not blink
So far I've replaced the bulb and checked the Turn B/U fuse as well as checked the flashers ( The big silver fuses I think right? )
I also checked what I think was the ground ( near the battery, behind the driver side fender. Not the one on top sitting under the hood ) and it wasn't corroded.
Anything common that would cause the 1 signal to not flash?
I'm still learning cars and such but I DO catch on very quickly so please excuse my ignorance on what may be cake to you guys.

You say you replaced “the bulb” which indicates it’s only one of the left signals which doesn’t blink.
Is the problem at the front or rear?

Neither will blink. Both the yellow turn signal in front and the tail light stay solid ( The whole left light ). The bulb I replaced was in the front. I'm going to slap myself if it turns out to be the rear end and I never thought of that.

Could be the switch on the steering colum, "that clicking noise you get when you push it up or down to turn left or right" also have you done any work to the dash area recently?
