Hey guys im just finishing up my engine rebuild and wiring clean up. I have no dash lights. Everything else works. The fuse blows but it only blows when I spin. The dimmer wheel past half way? I have an 89 firebird formula! Is the dimmer swi

You failed to mentioned which fuse blows however if it’s the INST LPS fuse, insert an ammeter in line with the output side of that fuse, then disconnect, one at a time the dash lights line, the Audible Alarm line, the Fog Lamp illumination line.
When the problem goes away you have discovered the culprit.
