First of all, car won't start, no spark.

When trying to figure out why I'm getting no spark, I see this loose wire on the passengers side of the engine. I can't find any place for it to connect to...

Passenger side of the engine.

Conn-Found It

Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the primary of the coil when the key is in the RUN position.

Is there power?

As I stated in the other thread you started, the top picture (Blue connector, green wire) is for the Choke Thermostat. It plugs on the black round part on the rear driver's side of the carburetor. Pull the air cleaner off, and it should be pretty apparent where it goes on the carb. If your car doesn't have it, it may be because someone changed the carburetor.

As for the green connector, my '82 V6 doesn't have one, so I can't help you there.

On the ignition coil? Yes there is power. But I don't see what that has to do with where the green connector was originally supposed to go to.
