86 Camaro no right signal, the blinkers always blinked slow both sides.now the right signal in the front gets bright but does'nt blink and in the back it does'nt turn on at all and does'nt blink. The bulb is fine, I seen another tread that said slow blinkers are the flasher could this be my problem? I thought if one side did'nt work it was the bulb,I checked that,could it be the ground? how do you check that with a test light,thanks
