Re: factory radio
Google for factory radio repair places. Contact a few of them. They might be willing to send you a belt without you having to send them the unit.

Re: factory radio
If you're just using one of those cassette adapters to use with your phone and not using tapes, why does it need the belt?
Look at electronic part retailers like Radio Shack. I know there's a local chain over here that sells a pack of assorted belts. At a pinch a rubber band might do, if tape functionality is not important.

Re: factory radio
If you cannot find a repair shop willing to sell you a belt, you can try this.
I found these on a Google search. There a probably other ways to find a belt. YMMV.
In this first link, BW Jones lists a measurement for a cassette belt. No model of deck is mentioned, but Turbo Buicks are about the same vintage as a 3rd Gen F-Body so the belt measurement may be valid across all tape deck models.
http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/thr...ir-kit.213675/
The second link is for a place that sells belts. Click on the side bar on "belts ----> How to Measure Belts". You can go with the belt measurement in the link above or use your existing belt.

Good luck.
