Heater problem

When driving my 92 camaro RS the floor/feet will constantly blow hot air even with the controls on the "off" position, I've even unplugged the blower, still it keeps cooking my feet
Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: Heater problem

The problem might be in one of the 3 locations:
1) HVAC control panel itself
2) HVAC control panel connections on the back
3) divert door, actuator or actuator vacuum line bad

It is not hard to pull the control panel to see if maybe the control lines have fallen off or broken.

I am sure others will chime in shortly with information on how to get to the actual divert doors to test them out.
