Where is the "power junction block" on '88 5.7 T/A?

I've been told to check the power junction block "near the battery" to see if it the cause for my low voltage (corrosion on a terminal/plug), but I cannot find anything that looks like what I expect to find. Where is it on a '88 5.7 T/A?

I do not see any orange wires all going to one spot. (read a lot of threads I searched yesterday and thought I should look for oranges wires...)

Years ago I stripped the Star/Torx head bolt that holds the battery NEG cable to the PS bracket. I was in a hurry and left the NEG cable in place. Since I was converting to a top post battery, I added an extension to the end of the stock negative cable. Later on when I added the "Big Three" mod, that came in handy for mounting those added grounds at the battery.

I have a similar extension on the POS cable. My current issue of low voltage was present before I made these changes, so I do not think they are a source of the problem. And when I did the Big Three mod, it didn't help it either. (battery sees 14.x all the time regardless of low load or every accessory running, but accessories run slow and the dash gauge reads 2-5 V lower than the voltage at the battery)

When looking for orange wires to lead me to a junction block, I see where the POS cable has three wires piggybacked on: 1. a large gauge wire run to the ALT output (added with the Big Three mod), 2. a wire that is orange that goes to some kind of inline weather-pack plug, and 3. a black wire that runs to a second inline weather-pack plug and the other end of the plug has a red wire.

Are those three wires what would run to a junction block if I had one?

I have two pics attached with some labeling.

Some power feeds are direct from the Batt with their own inline fuses or fusible links

From a 91 but you get the idea
