Power Antenna Problem on 87 GTA

Power Antenna Problem on 87 GTA
I'm having a problem with my power antenna on my 87 GTA. The mast was going up and down with no problem. Antenna was brand new when I had it replaced and was working fine until today. It's been a least 4 years ago since I had it replaced. But it has never been a problem until now. Now the antenna won't go up or down. The antenna doesn't continually go up or down. It has me stumped.

The relay for the antenna is behind the black panel just under the map pocket. It has 6 wires: black,white,grey,green,red,orange. Orange should be 12V at all times, key on or not. Red should be 12V only when the radio is on. If both of those check out, you probably need a new relay.
