WIRING HELP

i have a 1992 camaro rs 305 psi in my problem is with my cooling fan... my horn, head lamp light,3rd break light and cigarette lighter.

now everything works its just that its not properly wired right.

now my fan is hooked up to a toggle switch so is my horn, head lamp light,3rd break light to power them up not the cigarette lighter cuz it will short everything out.

so what i need help with is how do i wire everything up the right way ?

A previous owner could have done anything to the car especially if he rewired it to bypass a fault ( cigarette lighter it will short everything out.)
instead of fixing it.
Only way would be to get the factory service manual for your car with the wiring diagrams and go through each circuit to find faults and then rewire back to original.
Nobody on here is going to know exactly what has been done to your car for what reason
