91 Firebird TA Airbag Light

91 Firebird TA Airbag Light
The guy I recently purchased a 91 Firebird TA from swapped the factory steering wheel with the airbag to a older wheel without one. Now there is a light on the dash that warns of an inflatable restraint problem. How do i correct this? Also im not sure if it is related but after he swapped the steering wheel, the car pulls right and you have to oversteer left to keep it going straight. Is the wheel installed properly and how can i check?

Only way to fix this that I've heard of is to take the bulb out from behind the dash.
