Starter wiring seems to be bad help!

Hey so my starter wiring is all in the right place, but when I try to jump the starter it will click but not turn the motor. On a side note when I turn the key it is dead silent, no fuel pump prime or nothing. Headlights and other electronics work though.

Make sure you have voltage going to the starter. After that, verify it is the correct amount. If you do not, look for and visible breaks in the wire/insulation and check the fuses. That's where I would start.

If you have current to the wires check the fuses in the ignition circuit. Does your key in the ignition buzzer work? If not then that would lead me to believe the trouble would with the ignition system.

OR, it could be time for a new starter.

The starter power wire is brand new, but I did find some grounds behind the motor that had the wires torn and smashed, so ill replace those then see. Could it be those grounds btw?

Your starter is cactus or your not getting enough power to the starter because battery is low (what volts is the batt showing? )
or you have bad connections on the two battery cables

Try jumping direct to the large terminal on the starter ,( not the small one on the solenoid)
If the starter spins over ( the engine won't turn ) then problem is with the starter solenoid

Starter is grounded though the engine block by the heavy cable back to the batt Neg terminal.
Is that good , has clean, tight connections both ends?

It may have something to do with it. Torn and smashed wires are a great place to start looking. Battery voltage is also worth looking at. I'd highly encourage you to test the voltage you are getting at the starter and compare it to what is at the battery. That way you will know if you have faulty wiring between the starter and battery. If the discrepancy is not found there and the starter is still not engaging at all, do a load test with it and see if your battery sags when trying to crank. That will let you be sure that the starter is receiving power.

The ground wire for the battery is good, I said also that my fuel pump won't even prime, and because of the grounds not hooked up, could it be a vats problem? My car is a 92

FWIW
VATS has nothing to do with the fuel pump , it cuts out the injectors to stop the fuel

I'm having a hard time understanding your post due to the nightmare of grammatical and punctuation errors, no offence. This is what I have extracted from what I have quoted:

The car you own has an issue with flickering headlights and starting. Check the battery, alternator, headlights and fuse box to make sure there is no lose wiring. When the alarm system was installed, chances are the people that did it were in a hurry as most of that industry seems to be. This causes people to sacrifice quality. Going back over the connections they may have messed with would also be beneficial to insure the nonexistence of lose wiring. With the symptoms at hand the culprit most likely at hand is a connection between your battery and or alternator with the headlights acting the way they do. Just run through with a set of sockets and snug everything down. If that does not fix it let me know and I can try and assist you further.

Re: Starter wiring seems to be bad help!

Sorry for the bad english. Yes my car has an issue starting up but it eventually turns over and runs. The battery is brand new, starter is brand new, alternator is brand new, no broken fuses. The low beams flicker and the high beams will not turn on. All the connections are snug but it stills has this problems of flickering even when the car is not running. Could it be the dimmer switch or the high beam switch in the steering wheel. Also the alarm system I do know where that is located on my car. The people I bought the car from did all kinds of ghetto rigging im just trying to find all the kinks.

Could it be the high beam switch in the steering wheel. .
Possibly worn or broken contacts in the switch not making a good connection ( epecially seeing hi beam doesn't work at all )
to pass the power
