Turn signal side marker light issues

Turn signal side marker light issues
Our 84 Z28 has turn signal issues. All lights illuminate as they should when light switch is pulled on. With Lights on or off, Right front blinker, rear blinker and side marker lights blink as they should. On the left side, with lights on or off, only the rear left blinker works. Left front blinker and left side marker will not blink. We removed the left bulbs and checked the circuit, and tester indicated blinker was working. When bulbs were put back in, no blinking. We replaced sockets and bulbs and still have same result. the left front blinker lights and side marker just will not blink. By the way, the turn signal indicators on the dash are working properly. Any ideas?

With the key in RUN, turn signal stalk in the left turn position, use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the light blue wire at the turn signal switch.
Is there power there?
If not, replace the switch.
If there is power there, make sure it gets in and out of the connector located near the lower right of the steering column.
Then make sure power gets in and out of the large connector located near the left front of the dash below the relay bracket.
From there it goes to the lamps on the front of the car.

Re: Turn signal side marker light issues
It gets even easier: the turn signal indicator in the dash is powered from the same light blue front turn signal wire so there is no need to test the turn signal switch or its connector under the steering column.
Instead, I would focus on the C100 and the light blue wire itself under the hood.
