Hey guy s I bought an '89 IROC back in September. I went to use the horn once and the button just popped off. I can't seem to get it back on no matter what, and the I don't know how the horn wire is supposed to connect. When I touch the wire to metal the horn works, thats not the issue, its just hooking it back up and the cap back onto the wheel.

My inspection is up soon and I know it will not pass this way. Any help is appreciated.
