7730 ECM Wiring Help
I have a 7730 ECM and harness that I am currently preparing for a 1969 Camaro. I have yet to really start labeling the harness, still just unwrapping wires - inspecting - etc.
I haven't investigated my question by following the pinouts yet but can anybody tell me what this is and where it went originally?
(It is located on the same part of the harness as the relays are; did they mount in the car or on the firewall? I've never looked at a stock TPI setup)
It has a thick red and thick brownish purple wiring running into it amongst various other wires. I assume it was ran to the fuse block but want some sort of confirmation.

I'm going out on a limb at this point assuming the clear white connector on the harness is ran to the steering column but as stated, I have yet to really look deeply into the pinouts or label anything.

Ahh yes the c100
Many fond memories for me with that connector. There are 3 different size pins in it based on wire size. Still available at the dealership. Be sure you know the year of your harness. Pin designations did change

Once you start looking into it, you'll find that this plug connected to the back of the fuse block at the firewall on the driver's side. It will be eliminated in a conversion scenario.

That's just a quick glimpse of the bulkhead pinout so I might be missing some stuff.

Re: 7730 ECM Wiring Help
you need to look at the schematic, the best would be to eliminate everything from c100 and make the tpi harness standalone you will need off the dash connecter bye the ecm your injector bank 1 and 2 to a ato fuse block ecm power and switched power to the ecm .

Re: 7730 ECM Wiring Help

You leave all your original ''69 wiring in place and run the EFI as a standalone harness .
Only need a permanent battery feed ( ECM / fuel pump ) and a Ign switched source to the ECM.
You could always make life easy for yourself and buy a aftermarket P n P '730 harness that only has
the engine functions you need.
Pretty looking and no need to play around with an old harness removing redundant wires
