What does this wire go to
I've always wondered what it does, but I'm just now getting around to figuring it out? It's blue and is coming out by the AC area on the passenger side.

I don't know exactly what it is for sure, but it looks like a typical body/chases ground wire connector.

Is the wire coming out of the main harness thats going over the blower motor or coming out of somewhere else? Does look like a ground lug on that wire but I've never seen a ground wire on our cars that is blue.
