Fuel gauge stuck on full Grrrr!!!
Ok so the fuel gauge is stuck on full and I did the paper clip test and it dropped to E. so now I know the gauge is working minus a couple of bulbs missing and odometer tamper issue but that's another story. Ok so the gauge and wiring from the tank to the cluster is good now my concerns are the fuel sending unit. So I guess I'm left with no other option but to drop the tank and replace the whole unit. My question to U guys is I orders a complete ls1 camaro fuel tank complete with sending unit and pump for my future ls1 swap. Can I just install that now? What would be issues if I do? And can I use the old tank straps?
