running 12v to msd distributor
I just bought a streetfire dizzy. There is a connection labeled Batt. The instructions say I need to run 12V through at least a 14 gauge wire. Where would be the best place to pull power from? The white/pink wires from the old coil are 20gauge (so I read), so that option is out.

I read it in another forum. What connection do I use? There are two connections that clip into the stock coil. Both of them have white and pink wires.

One of the plugs on a dual connector coil goes to the harness (Ign switch ), the other to the dist.
Use the pink wire from the plug that goes to the harness
If you want your tacho to work use the white from that same plug to the new dist
