Does anyone know for sure if the VATS system on my 89 RS convertible uses 30Hz or 50 Hz bypass signal. I believe I have the Pass-key II with the 50 Hz but the VATS bypass module for sale on Ebay shows a chart that says the 89 RS uses the 30 Hz signal. I am trying to bypass the system because before I purchased the car, someone had tried to steal it and they messed up the column and some wiring underneath the dash. Lots of work ahead I think!!
