1986 iroc z 305 fi PLZ HELP CAR WONT START!
ok so I had to replace head gaskets in my 86 iroc z tuneport motor. it ran before now I got it back together except for the distributor cap and now my fuel pump wont kick on, turnover, and I get no dash warning lights. any ideas? I also replaced the heater core meaning I took out the computer could it be fried?

Can you explain the problem a little better? Its hard to understand what problem you are having because you need to elaborate. Also, what have you tried to do to troubleshoot the problem?
Check your fusible links going to the starter because they provide power to the dash.

With the car off, jump battery + to pin E gray wire
of the pump relay (or the under-hood test connector) and listen for pump whine.
Did the pump run when you did that?

Fusible links would be where I would start. Check the one over by the battery- that was the one that was the culprit on my buddy's 86.
