Axle/Gears: stock
Are these connected
When I turn the key on I get no dash lights (not sure what they would be but example is, fuel,oil,service soon,etc),I also have no wipers or blower motor doesn't work.Are any of these related? All fuses are in and working now. There is no radio in the car but wires appear to be intact.I did get the other 3 wires hooked properly.The interior lights all work which includes dash illumination when park or headlights are turned on.

Repairing Relationships
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe both sides, one at a time, the HTR fuse when the key is in the RUN position.
Is there power there one, two, or no sides?
