My 82 z wipers had 4 wires to it my new 89 TA has 5 of which one is white(which powers wiper motor.)Earlier post records I did a steering column swap from the 82 Z. Wipers don't work......any suggestions? This may not be possible because the wire color orientation doesn't match up between the Camaro and Firebird connectors. Partially working now as previous owner cut the ground wire and rolled it back into harness taped off. Still have issues as colors are different and no pulse on 82 switch but they work on low so it is trial and error or call it good enough to pass inspection.
