I have tried the http://berlinetta.info/manual.htm before and he didn't email me back I will try it again tonight and see if anything changes

the only ones on http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19 are base model diagrams and I need the berlinetta specific ones like on berlinetta.info I don't know how different they are but I have been told its an entirely different wiring setup for the interior stuff.

thanks for the reply anyway though

I needed more detailed wiring diagrams for my 83 and found a service manual on ebay for $10. It has extensive diagrams and covers all models for that year. It's well worth the money.

Re: does anyone have camaro berlinetta wiring diagrams?
I will look into the book. is the one on ebay the right one because I have seen one somewhere locally

I am also wondering if anyone knows a lot about circuitry I think it might be circuit related rather than wiring any thing anyone can teach me would be appreciated

I am having a problem with my head lights. if I turn on my brights they stay on a few seconds and then my lights cut out completely

I also want to double check the rest of the system in case more problems arise I would like to have diagrams.

Re: does anyone have camaro berlinetta wiring diagrams?
ok figured out headlight glitch turns out to be relay box so I need the schematics for the circuitry as well as the wiring. question. does the base model Camaro have a relay box for the headlights? a relay for tail lights, dims, brights, flashers, 1 for each turn signal, and interior/door? if it does I might just try that

I appreciate all who are trying to help. fyi I already tried a google search on this stuff(about a thousand different wordings), I was actually hoping to find someone who knew how to purchase the book from berlinetta.info I have emailed twice and no reply has come, or was hoping to find someone who has this book that would be willing to send me a copy of theirs or some thing along those lines. as far as the book on ebay if it is what I need (ie the paper copy of the one on berlinetta.info or has its information) then I can probably get one somewhere but I need to know if it is right

Did you get ahold of John? I bought the Berlinetta wiring diagrams off of him a few months ago. He had always emailed me back. He actually is quite generous with his time answering questions. Maybe he isn't getting your emails for some strange reason. Hope you didn't get the 83 book it will not help with a digital Camaro.
from 84, 85, and 86.

Re: does anyone have camaro berlinetta wiring diagrams?
Sorry I didn't find you sooner, but I'm pretty sure that I'm up-to-date responding to my private E-Mails. The last few weeks I've been spending a lot of time wrenching on a project 86Z and splitting firewood for winter - so I did get behind a bit !

Here's the schematic for the Berlinettas' Light module. ( no other car of any kind uses this part. )

That 84 shop manual will have the wiring schematics you need too.

On VERY RARE occasion a relay can be swapped into a light module to get it working again. Relays don't fail too often and most Light Module problems are caused by a bad circuit board and the unit needs to be replaced.

Feel free to send me a PM if you need any additional info !
