88 Iroc Parasitic draw??
Hi i have a 88 iroc with the 5.7 TPI engine and it has a problem holding a charge i beleve the battery and alternator are good i also did a parasitic draw test and its within limits???? what is going on!!!

i measured 10.1 MA but i don't know whats going on because now i started it and took it for a 2 hour drive and its been starting since ill have to see what it does after sitting overnight maby it just needed a deep charge?

10mA parasitic load (0.01 amp) is not going to cause the battery to drain over a short time period. It would take months to drain the battery at that level of draw (assuming the battery is of typical capacity and not defective).
So, if your parasitic load truly is 10mA that is not the root cause of your battery going dead overnight(?) or over a week, or even over some months.
