Brake light switch

My brake lights dont work and when i look under the dash the brake light switch seems to be missing. Does anyone know how to replace it?

I Brake Light 4 No One

The Brake Light Switch mounts in the bracket behind the Brake Pedal.

The switch mounts in the hole filled in with RED on this drawing.
