wiring issues

Hey guys looking for some help with some electrical issues that i am having. First off its a 86z that i have that has a fast xfi unit running a 383 bolted to a t56. The orginal harness that i had in the car was hacked up to the point where i had to get another harness. I purchased a uncut interior harness from what i was told to be from another 86z. I am running a set of autometer gauges in the car also. I took the print out from covan dash (where i purchased the gauges and bezel from) I then cut the connectors that lead into the factory dash gauge assy. The issue that i have is when i turn the headlights on my right hand and highbeam indicator lights come on. I have been trying to figure out whats going on with this to see if i can somehow trace down my issue. Any ideas on where to start. I checked the connectors where i cut the wire from the factory plug and its corrcect according to the covans diagram. Also where would the factory reverse light connector be located on a harness thats for a manual tranny since i got this harness that was out of a manual car. Is it in the interior part or in the engine bay part of the harness.
