my 1990 trans am running rich gas smelling heavy exhaust fumes and idle misbehaving ....it would idle way up high then drop down like it wanted to stall and then toward the last days it would just idle crazy high and stay that way and i hated shutting it off when was so revved up like that..... this issue just got worse and worse over the past three years and the garages here no help at all.....so i just read lots of info on this website and figured it was the relays causing troubles so i bought the burn-off and power relay and installed them and now the car runs like it used to and im real happy now.
